Talk to him, he said that his son was hunting in Fox Cave a couple years ago and never came back. He thought that his son was eaten by Nine Tailed Fox and he want you to kill that fox for him.
Go to Fox Cave located not far from his house, just go South a little bit and you'll find a cave. Find Nine Tailed Fox somewhere inside that cave and kill it.
After that report back to Deludge and you'll be rewarded 5.000 coins, Do Sword, some Karma, and Legend.
