Go to the Forest in south Buya, then find a secret passage at X:126 Y:007. Inside, you'll find an Old Man, he'll tell you anything you need to know about Sub Path.

Your Sub Path is based on what Totem you choose when you created your character.

After bringing the item requirement, back to the Old Man and tell him that you're ready. Then you can learn Sub Path Spell.
